Khandro Déchen comments:
Dorje Phurba and Yeshé Tsogyel wear the six human bone cemetery ornaments resplendent with thunderbolt nails, in display of their mastery of the six classes of the Vajrayana. The nails impale the anger of puritanical pretence, petulant propriety, pretended pacification, pretended enrichment, pretended magnetising, and pretended destruction – liberating all yogis and yoginis into the sphere of instantaneous ordinariness.
