The End of the Project
Smashing the Moulds
With the project complete the team destroyed the moulds and the spare undecorated or imperfect vases. These remnants have been buried at the end of Ngala Nor’dzin and Ngala ’ö-Dzin’s garden. The working moulds were showing signs of wear and tear, and some had never been perfect. The block and case moulds have been kept and the original working mould, in case another sangha wishes to embark on a similar project. In all there were one thousand and eighty transfer applications.
